Food Safety & Refund Policy


Due to food safety regulations, all sales are final once food has left the premises or has been consumed.

Any issues must be reported promptly upon receipt of the order. Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the food remains largely uneaten.

To be eligible, customers must return the remaining food along with the original receipt for inspection.

Please note: Returned food is accepted strictly for verification, inspection, and record-keeping purposes only. All returned items will be discarded and will not be reused, in accordance with food safety guidelines.

Once food has been mostly or fully consumed, it is considered accepted and is no longer eligible for a refund or replacement.
